Here at Routefifty7 Bike Hire we’ve been hiring bikes for over 10 years, giving us a great deal of knowledge and experience in the industry and the surrounding area.
Bike hire is available for £15 for a half day, or £20 for a full day. Helmets, Maps and Puncture Repair kit all included.
Routefifty7 Bike Hire Isle of Wight are based in Shanklin in the heart of island cycling and directly on many of the island’s best trails including the Red Squirrel Trail, the Chalk Ridge Extreme Trail the Round the Island Trail and ‘Bike the Bay‘ – the Isle of Wight’s most popular ride from Shanklin to Sandown Pier.

If travelling from Shanklin railway station simply, come out of the Station. look to your right and you will see a ‘Red Squirrel Trail’ sign and some steps. Go down the steps, cross over Landguard Manor Road and walk directly ahead in to Lower Hyde Holiday Park. We are next to reception.
If you’re coming in by car, just look for Lidl on Landguard Manor Road — that’s your landmark. Once you spot Lidl, head a little ways up the driveway on the left of Lidl and you’ll find us at Park Dean Lower Hyde Holiday Park, right next to reception. If the first car park is full, just keep driving – there is lots of parking all over the site. And guess what? You can park to your heart’s content because it’s all free! The best bit is there are no traffic wardens to worry about! Relax and let’s get this adventure started!
